Ordering and availability

Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $100.

Here is a clear summary of how your order and payment will be handled.

All products are subject to availability, and prices may change without notice. Customers are encouraged to verify product information prior to ordering.

Stock is confirmed at the time of picking. If an item is unavailable, it will be removed from your order and you will not be charged for it. No exceptions, no surprises.

Please review your order confirmation and shipment details carefully.

We appreciate your understanding — this is the nature of specialty bead sourcing.

NDNLBS is not responsible for color variations in glass beads. Minor variations are industry-accepted and unavoidable due to production and environmental factors.

Refund/Exchange/Returns: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Once sealed packages for any beads have been opened, they cannot be returned. Please contact us before returning merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns must include the RA#, an itemized list of returned merchandise, and the reason for return. NDNLBS is not responsible for damage caused during shipping.

Modifications to these Terms & Conditions or any invoice are valid only if authorized in writing by NDNLBS.
