Returns/Refunds/Exchanges are Accepted

Notification/Authorization must be obtained within 7 days of order being received by customer. < NO EXCEPTIONS

All MERCHANDISE RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED

• Please do not just send back merchandise. < IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED
• Please email for Authorization.< NO EXCEPTIONS
• Items must be in the original package/s, unused and in the original condition.
• Customer is responsible for shipping cost.
• Return/Refund/Exchange etc., will be processed only after we receive merchandise back at our location.
• When returning merchandise provide the following information:

• Please include the invoice in the return package.
